Learn CPR Close to Home
Picture yourself at a local sports match in Freeling, at a community event in the Barossa, or simply spending time with family in the Clare Valley. If someone nearby collapsed without warning, would you feel confident stepping in to help? Sudden cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, at any time – and every second counts. Starting CPR immediately can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
