Emergency+
Know where you are when seconds matter.
Emergency+ helps emergency services locate you faster by displaying your GPS coordinates and what3words location. Especially useful in rural or remote areas, road trips, parks and anywhere you may not know the exact address.
GoodSAM
Extra help while emergency services are on the way.
GoodSAM connects Triple Zero calls with nearby trained responders who may be able to assist before ambulance crews arrive. It can also help locate nearby AEDs (defibrillators), helping get life-saving support moving sooner.
HeadCheck
Helping you recognise concussion and know what to do next.
HeadCheck helps guide concussion recognition and symptom monitoring, making it useful for sport, schools, workplaces and families. It can help you decide when medical review may be needed.
Communication On-Demand (Auslan)
Better communication in an emergency.
Communication On-Demand provides access to Auslan interpreting services, helping support communication with Deaf or hard of hearing people when clear communication matters most.
A quick note: The apps listed on this page are independent tools we regularly discuss in our courses. Northern Response Training is not affiliated with these organisations, however we believe they may be useful resources to support emergency preparedness and communication.
