Would you know what to do if you or a mate had a crash? This essential first aid course is designed specifically for motorbike riders, covering critical skills that could save a life.

What You'll Learn:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – How to respond to a rider in cardiac arrest

  • Major Bleeding Control – Stopping severe bleeding effectively

  • Triage of Casualties – Prioritising injuries at the scene of an accident

  • Helmet Removal – When and how to safely remove a helmet in an emergency

This course is delivered by Jenna, an experienced motorbike rider with a military first aid background. She knows first-hand the risks riders face and will teach you practical skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.
